Two ways in which an Oracy assembly or lesson can be run. Ideal for staff training to have an easy visual with which to introduce oracy assemblies in the school and/or to introduce them yourselves in year group or phase assemblies.

A discussion assembly to start the year off in any year group but one provided is tailored to suit Key Stage 2. Includes the rules of speaking with others, rules of listening and a ready made set of discussion guidelines that can be adapted to suit your own classes. Used to set the ground rules for discussion assemblies and as a reminder at intervals (if required). Has been used successfully by many at a school for some years now.
